Your Face and Body Were Never Separate Cases
Women’s facial massage and lymphatic care built around your body, your stage of life, and how you want to feel.
Our Services
ADVANCED BUCCAL TECHNIQUE
Facial massage on its own, without first opening the body's lymphatic pathways, doesn't do much for you — the fluid has nowhere to drain to. That's why this session starts by opening key lymph nodes through work on the front of the body, abdomen, and feet, before moving into intraoral (buccal) massage, facial sculpting, and scalp work. You leave with real release in the jaw, less puffiness, and a face that looks less tired and more like you on a good day — because we worked with your whole system, not just your face.
FULLY HANDS-ON TECHNIQUE
For the days your body feels swollen, heavy, or just not like your own. Full-body, hands-only lymphatic work with an abdominal focus, because that's often where fluid retention and low energy start. You leave lighter and calmer — not because of a quick trick, but because your system actually had time to respond.
POWERED BY Q-MOTION TECHNOLOGY
An advanced, technique-driven approach to circulation and contour, done with a device Hanna is the first massage therapist in San Diego trained on. It pairs compression micro-vibration technology with hands-on lymphatic work to support tone and circulation from the inside out — not a machine running on its own, but a technique guided by someone who understands what your body needs that day.
Principles Behind Every Session:
-

LYMPHATIC-FIRST
Every session supports lymphatic flow as a baseline, not an upsell — because most of the tension, swelling, and fatigue she feels is connected to it. Every facial massage includes lymphatic awakening, because the face and body work as one system.
-

WHOLE-BODY
Facial tension, jaw tightness, and body tension are connected. We treat the pattern, not just the complaint. We're building a relationship with her body over months, not chasing a single dramatic result.
-

WE EDUCATE
You leave every session understanding your own body a little better — what's tension, what's fluid, what's yours to manage at home, and why. We explain what we're doing and why, so you're never just receiving a service — you're learning your own patterns.

Recommended for every new client.
-
A short conversation with our massage therapist, followed by a hands-on assessment of your face and body — where you're holding tension, where fluid is trapped, what's changed since your last visit.
-
Your chosen treatment — Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sculpting Lymphatic Massage, or Buccal & Facial Sculpting — tailored to what your body needs that day, not a fixed script.
-
Simple guidance for home, and a clear sense of what we'll build on next time.
Why every session is 90 minutes?
Real lymphatic and structural work needs time to actually take effect — the first part of any session is just getting your body to respond. We stopped offering shorter versions because a rushed session can't do what a full one does. Ninety minutes is what it takes to work properly, not what's convenient to schedule.
Meet Hanna
Hanna Kyrychenko is a California-certified massage therapist with 7 years of dedicated, hands-on experience working with the female body. Her training spans manual lymphatic drainage, abdominal bodywork, and buccal (intraoral) massage — techniques she chose because they treat the body as one connected system, not a set of isolated complaints. Every session combines the precision of her clinical training with the intuition built from years of hands-on practice, so the work is shaped around what your body actually needs that day, not a fixed script.
You Need This If:
You're busy, you put everyone else first, and you're finally learning to make space for yourself.
Your body has changed — tension, poor sleep, swelling, slower recovery — and you can't always explain why.
You're tired of being sold miracle fixes. You want someone who actually understands your body.

-
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your goals, your symptoms, and how your body has been feeling. From there, we'll do a hands-on assessment before moving into your personalized treatment.
If you're new and unsure which service is right for you, the Intro Session is the best place to start.
You'll leave with simple recommendations for home and a clear understanding of what your body may benefit from next.
-
Whatever's comfortable to arrive and leave in — loose, easy clothing you don't need to rush to change out of afterward. For body sessions, you'll undress to your own comfort level and stay fully draped throughout — only the area being worked on is ever uncovered. For facial and buccal sessions, it's best to arrive with clean skin and little to no makeup, so we're working with your skin directly from the start.
-
Massage is appropriate for most people, but please let us know before booking if you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, have an active infection, blood clotting disorders, or significant heart or kidney conditions.
We'll discuss your situation and make sure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
-
Yes. For many women, massage during their period helps ease abdominal discomfort, reduce tension, and support relaxation.
The only time we recommend postponing your appointment is if you're experiencing severe pain or feel too uncomfortable to enjoy the session.
-
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
We believe respect goes both ways. If a delay on our end ever shortens your appointment, we'll always make that time up so you receive the full session you've booked.
-
Once you've completed your protocol, we recommend seeing us at least once a month to keep your results going — consistency is what makes the difference last, not just the initial sessions. Ask our team about our maintenance and membership options, and we'll help you find the right rhythm for your body going forward.
-
Yes. Abdominal bodywork is one of our specialties and is performed using gentle, comfortable techniques.
Because this area isn't commonly treated, it may feel unfamiliar at first. Most clients are surprised by how relaxing it becomes and often tell us it ends up being one of their favorite parts of the session.
-
Buccal massage works both outside and inside the mouth to release the deeper jaw and cheek muscles that can't be reached externally.
Fresh medical gloves are used for every client, every session.
Most people say it feels unusual for the first few moments, then becomes surprisingly relaxing. It's one of the most effective ways to address chronic jaw tension and TMJ discomfort.
-
Facial massage cannot replace surgery or injectables, but it can naturally reduce puffiness, improve muscle tone, release facial tension, and support a healthier, more refreshed appearance over time.
The best results come through consistency rather than a single treatment.
-
Q-Motion combines gentle compression and micro-vibration with hands-on lymphatic techniques.
It feels more like slow, rhythmic pressure than a typical massage device. The technology is never used on its own—every treatment is guided and adjusted throughout your session.
-
We generally recommend beginning with a five-session protocol, scheduled about once a week.
This allows your body to build lasting changes instead of relying on a one-time treatment. After completing your protocol, most clients continue with maintenance sessions once or twice a month.
-
Think of the rest of the day as recovery time.
Drink plenty of water, prioritize a good night's sleep, and avoid heavy workouts or lifting immediately after your treatment. A warm bath with magnesium flakes can also help your body integrate the work and support recovery.
