Meet Anna
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a journalist and writer. In my travels through countries like Ivory Coast, South Sudan, DR Congo, France, England, Poland, and Spain, I listened to countless stories about the transformative power of human touch. These stories stayed with me. I also experienced many massages myself, learning firsthand how powerful and nurturing touch can be.
My own journey as a healer began in Ukraine, where I studied ISTMA therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Facial Massage Techniques. After moving to San Diego, California, I continued my training in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Shiatsu massage.
Today, I continue to expand my knowledge, focusing on somatic awareness, body psychotherapy, and trauma healing.
My mission is to hold a safe, supportive space for healing—gently guiding my clients with presence, knowledge, and care as they reconnect with their inner strength.

Releasing deep layers of muscle tension is my passion. Through focused, intuitive touch, I work into the body to help unwind patterns of tightness and holding, restoring a sense of ease and flow. This kind of work not only soothes physical discomfort but also supports emotional release and nervous system regulation.
